Sutherland is hiring experienced professionals for International Voice & Chat Support roles. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via voice and chat
  
• Deliver outstanding service in alignment with process guidelines
  
• Manage customer expectations and ensure issue resolution
  
• Work in 24/7 rotational shifts supporting US/UK clients
  

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice/chat support
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills
  
• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (not currently pursuing studies)
  
• Must be flexible to work from office in Hyderabad
  

Work Locations:

• NSL Arena, Uppal
  
• Lanco Hills, Manikonda
  

Other Details:

• Cab facility within 25km
  
• 5-day working, rotational week offs
  
• Immediate joiners preferred (DOJ every Monday)
