1. To attend to patient complaints, queries related to the treatment and inform the on call RMOs/registrars/Consultants
2. To educate and counsel patient on the treatment whenever required.
3. To ensure the completeness of discharge summaries on time and get it verified from the registrar/consultant
4. To trace the investigation reports and update the tracker.
5. To inform panic value reports and ensure action taken.
6. To ensure completeness of consent and medication reconciliation forms.
7. To fill the TPA and any other forms required for insurance purpose
8. To book the appointments with other centers for any investigations if required.
9. To keep a record of all the admissions, discharges, sentinel events, code blues and update the medical services every day.
10. To ensure the nursing staff follow the required orders
11. To attend patients calls and inform on call Rmos / Registrars/ consultants.
12. To coordinate with the other supportive departments like CT scan, Radiology, blood bank, laboratory.
13. To ensure completeness of documentation.
14. To inform the referral doctors as per advised by Consultants.
15. To facilitate the discharge process
16. To conduct periodic audits for compliance to documentation as and when required by the Medical services
17. To keep a record of all the admissions, discharges, sentinel events, code blues and update the medical services every day.
