Lead Full Stack SW Developer

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will get to work collaboratively with our CTO, Software Architect, and Data Science Architect to develop the implementation plans for this new product.
- In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on end-to-end development and deployment across a variety of technologies and platforms.
- Once the technology roadmap is defined, you will work with the team to design and implement the solution.
- We will be aiming to deploy MVPs to key customers in the region for early feedback and runtime testing. Your solutions will aim to be built, tested, and deployed in 4-month cadences until the official product deployment into the market.
- You will work with the team to define key risks and develop proposed technical risk mitigation strategies to ensure we are able to deploy on time and with great quality.
- You will define key performance metrics and ensure that we are designing high quality software that can enable a high up-time percentage for our customers. We will aim to track this prior to deployment and over the course of production.
- You will get to work across multiple portions of our solution including the integration of a desktop application, zero-footprint image DICOM viewer, PACs API, database development, and microservices for our DL algorithm deployment.
- Support testing & deployment cycles, including working with project managers to coordinate user (UAT) and gathering feedback from end users and customers.
- Ability to log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancement/ features requests logged in JIRA.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education/experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience as a Software Developer with extensive experience developing and/ or leading full-stack software projects
- Have rich experience in frontend web development using React, Vue, React-Native, Redux, Reactive, Flutter, Swift, Xamarin/MAUI or Blazor.
- Have rich experience in backend app development such as Java Spring Boot or Golang, ASP.net, Node.js or Rust. Able to Design, develop and deploy Microservices systems. Prior experience in WebMethod, Kafka, WebLogic, Serverless architecture, GraphQL, will be a significant advantage.
- Have strong experience in databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL, Oracle and SQL Server
- Have experience in cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS and GCP
- Have experience to integrate the best practice of the app development (frontend & backend, web & mobile) into automation tools as part of the SDLC (Agile adapted) practice with DevOps & Automated Testing. Prior experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform etc. will be an advantage.
- Have experience to address security and DevOps issues to ensure the delivery of secure and stable applications.
- Experience with software repository best practices and utilization of GitHub or similar.
- Strong writing and communication skills to help review deliverables, solution blueprints, and architecture documentation
- Overall, you must be a great problem solver and have a very strong go-getter attitude to overcome any technical challenge that may come your way.
- Working knowledge with AI and AI Tools is a pro.
