Job Description
Position: Workday Integration Consultant
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Position Type: Onsite / Hybrid/ Remote)
Job Description:
As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will collaborate with your team and business contacts to deliver Workday integration solutions supporting internal and external systems. You will be responsible to maintain the existing integrations and design and build new integrations to full business demand.
Responsibilities:
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in building and editing integrations using Workday Studio
Strong expertise in developing and implementing EIB, Connector and Studio integrations
Expertise in writing advanced XSLT, including ETV and XTT elements
Experience in securing integrations, including PGP encryption, to ensure data protection
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
Ability to work collaboratively
Certification in Workday integration or related areas is a plus
Understanding of HR processes and systems
Deep understanding of all Workday integration types. Includes EIB, Studio, Core Connectors and Connectors across all HR areas.
Responsible for working with external vendors to provide layouts, requirements gathering, protocols including internal functional leads to understand the end-to-end process for integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, Human Resources
Workday Education or Certification is a plus.
6-8 years of professional experience in IT or Human Resources
3-4 years of full life-cycle implementation experience of Workday (or another HMC platform)
Good knowledge of HR Systems and Workday HCM
Knowledge of ADP is a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced and remote environment
Excellent and demonstrated communication skills (written and oral).
