Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls with confidence and accuracy.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times during interactions with customers.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in International BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language (native speaker preferred).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
