About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Video Host to be the face and voice of our video content. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling and informative videos across various platforms, connecting with our audience, and building brand engagement. This role requires a natural on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring scripts and concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
- Present and host a variety of video content, including , interviews, educational content, live streams, etc.
- Deliver scripts and talking points in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, adapting your style to suit different formats and audiences.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm on camera, projecting a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Collaborate with the video production team (e.g., producers, editors) to understand the video objectives and contribute creative ideas.
- Conduct interviews with internal and external guests in a professional and engaging manner.
- Potentially participate in scriptwriting, research, and content development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video hosting and online content.
- Represent the VIS Infocus brand positively and professionally in all video appearances.
- Manage on-camera presence, including appearance and delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Potentially engage with the audience through comments and social media related to the videos.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience as a video host, presenter, or on-camera talent.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and articulate presentations on camera.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in front of a camera and under production lighting.
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to different video topics and formats.
- Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with a production team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating compelling video content.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the Media Industry
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and software.
- Basic scriptwriting or content creation experience.
- Active presence on social media platforms.
