Role & responsibilities :
Identify, recruit, and onboard a network of insurance agents to achieve the companys sales goals.
Ensure that newly onboarded agents start selling policies within the stipulated time
Provide training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends. Ensure agents are equipped with the skills required to meet target.
Regularly engage with agents to keep them motivated and aligned with organizational objectives
Track and analyze sales performance regularly to identify areas for improvement
Work with virtual servicing teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and assistance for agents
To assist in closure of large deals in retail lines for the location
