Job Description
SUMMARY Position: Head of Supply Chain
Our company is in search of a proactive Head of Supply Chain with a background of 12 15 years in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) sector or a similar pharmaceutical/API environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all aspects of supply chain operations
- Proficient in EOU regulations, price negotiation, and vendor management
- Skilled in preparing RFQ quotes and planning logistics
- Thorough understanding of inventory and stores management
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in CRO or pharmaceutical supply chain
- Knowledge of API operations and procurement
- Competency in supply chain cost optimization and regulatory compliance
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful supply chain management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
