The position holder is responsible for Nurses engagement & their life cycle management in the unit.
The position holder shall lead the Nursing services team, constantly develop their professional and technical skills, and contribute to their career growth.
The position holder is also accountable for driving change management, culture alignment, digital adoption, and any other integrations in the function as per the needs of the Unit.
Ensuring efficient management of medical capital expenditure, development of nursing strategy for operational efficiency..

Plan implement and evaluate Training and upskill nurses.
Effective Manpower Utilization and Cross Functional Utilization
Accountability in Nursing and Medical Capex justification and utilization
Compliance to Statutory (monitoring), Medico Legal and Regulatory requirement
Reports and MIS Work relations, analysis, and actions.
