Desktop Support Engineer(L1) - Bengaluru - Work from Office - Immediate joiners Preferred

Exp: Minimum 2 years Must.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware, networking and software support.
• Proficient in English and Kannada; speaking, writing and reading.
• Should have excellent communication & public relation skills.
• Preferred experience in handling Incident ticketing and closing the tickets.

Skills: OS installation , Resolving BSOD issues, outlook configuration, networking Basics , remote support , ticketing tools, domain, active directory ,group policy, patch updates.

Mode of Interview :

• 1st Round from Recruitment Team
• 2nd Round F2F at our Value point office (only when shortlisted and called for F2F )
• 3rd Round F2F with Client

Education : Science Background - B.E, B.Sc. MCA, BCA,....,

Can come for Walk- in as well - only if you have Relevant experience as per the Requirement and if you are really interested for this opportunity.
