Role Summary:
Experienced hands-on Technical expert required for a Mumbai based team working for a UK organization. Developing cutting-edge telephony and radio software in support of critical emergency services and transport infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate technical ability and leadership whilst gaining experience on a cutting-edge implementation using 4G telephony services to provide front-line communications to the UK emergency services - the first example of this being undertaken anywhere in the world
Qualification Criteria/Work Experience
Essential:
Excellent ability to understand and develop complex applications - based on a highly resilient and loosely coupled architecture
A proven track record of taking ownership of technical issues and delivering solutions through to conclusion
Ability to successfully develop both high level and detailed designs to deliver complex functionality.
Able to provide technical leadership to a mixed team of developers and QA resources
Experience in communicating with customers and senior managers in the UK both verbally and in writing - essential
Demonstrates good working knowledge of Microsoft architectural patterns and best practices.
Keeps abreast of new technologies to ensure their skills are up to date and in line with changes in the market

C#, .NET 4+ (VS 2015 or higher) - 6+ Yrs
ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core - 2+ Yrs
Rest API (RMM Level 2), WebAPI - 2+ Yrs
OOPS - 4+ Yrs

PRISM MVVM - 2+ Yrs
SQL Server - 4 + Yrs
Multithreaded and asynchronous Architecture - 4+ Yrs
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written - 4+ Yrs
WCF - 2+ Yrs
Unit Tests preferably using MS tests /Rhino Mocks/NUnit - 3+ Yrs
Loosely coupled architecture - 3+ Yrs
Agile Methodologies - 2+ Yrs
BDD using Specflow or any other tool - 1+ Yrs

Overall Project/Task description
Drive productivity and technical improvements & assist the team on troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Working closely with Product Owner & Onshore team.
Must be willing to work on product suite which includes legacy products and products on cutting edge technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business leaders, stakeholders.
