Job Description

We are hiring fresh graduates BCA.BTECH Any stream (2024 & 2025 pass-outs) who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to build a career in LLM development and AI infrastructure engineering.

Selected candidates will begin their journey with a 3-month intensive probation period, during which they will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience contributing to our AI stack. This period acts as a launchpad for a full-time role within our fast-growing AI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI engineers to build, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs)
  
• Work with frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers
  
• Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and performance benchmarking of AI models
  
• Contribute to building and optimizing components of our internal AI stack
  
• Participate in code reviews, research discussions, and agile development sprints
  
• Continuously learn and apply emerging techniques in machine learning and NLP
  

Required Qualifications

• BCA or BTech (Computer Science / IT) students graduating in 2024 or 2025
  
• Minimum CGPA of 6.5 or equivalent academic performance
  
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  
• Familiarity with Python programming
  
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  
• High curiosity and willingness to learn complex AI systems
