Degree & PG college, 8C4F+43X, Pattabhipuram Road, opposite Jute Mill, Rajarajeswaripuram, Pattabhipuram, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522006 Work Location: Hyderabad Experience: 0-2 year (Result awaited candidates can also appear for interview) Shifts: Flexible with any shift Language Known: English Responsibilities Respond to customer queries and customers concern Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user. Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs Provide excellent customer service to our customers You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications Graduate (Any Discipline except Law) Freshers are eligible (Result awaited candidates/ 2024 pass-outs are eligible) Candidates upto 2 year experience in voice process are eligible Preferred qualifications Effective probing skills and analyzing /understanding skills Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift) Note: Please carry below documents with you: 3 copies of updates resume 3 Passport size photographs Original Aadhar card 2 copies of Aadhar card ,
