Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager position located in Vishakhapatnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team and sourcing the personal loan business for DSA/ Connectors and achieving sales targets and developing strategies to grow the business. The role involves actively onboarding New DSA's , connectors, client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work on analyzing market trends and reporting to senior management about sales performance. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal loand and in Handling DSA "S and CONNECTORS. Knowledge of financial services, including Commercial Finance, Consumer Loans, and Wealth Management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop sales strategies Analytical skills to understand market trends and sales performance Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus On-site role requiring presence in Vishakhapatnam Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Pls reach out me to hidden_email & Mobile no : hidden_mobile,
