To 48 Yrs. Qualification Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Key Responsibilities The Sales Head is responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to expand the companys market presence. 1. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth. Set sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded. Forecast sales performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance. Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews. Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the team. 3. Business Development & Market Expansion: Explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive demand generation initiatives. 4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Develop and implement customer retention strategies. 5. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present sales reports, including revenue forecasts and competitor analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline sales processes. Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on market needs. Ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company objectives.
