Software QA Test Developer - Automotive SoC @ Nvidia

Move the needle in testing NVIDIAs DriveOS automotive operating system! As a highly skilled and motivated SW QA Test Developer you will push the boundaries for testing and automation. What youll be doing:

You will have a unique opportunity to push the boundaries and ensure the perfect performance of NVIDIAs DriveOS. Your contributions will directly impact the verification strategy for DriveOS and its quality. Priorities do often change in a fast-paced environment like ours. Some of the exciting things you will work on are:

• Developing new and extending existing test strategies to guarantee the highest level of quality from both functional and performance perspectives. Your innovative approach will ensure that DriveOS meets the standards expected from a world-class product.

• Designing and developing software that automates the verification of all DriveOS components. Your expertise in developing efficient and reliable automation tools will play a crucial role in streamlining our testing processes.

• Collaborating with multiple development, verification, and customer-facing teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of DriveOS as a product and its real-world applications. Your ability to collaborate effectively is essential for driving continuous improvement.

• Analyzing and root-causing issues down to the code level, leading the defect fixing process, and providing effective fixes. Your strong problem-solving skills will allow you to address challenges with efficiency and precision.

What we need to see:

• Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Must have 3 to 7 years of professional experience in software testing for embedded devices/software.

• Skilled in C or Python programming language. Experience using source control systems such as Git and Perforce.

• Experience in using AI coding assistants to improve coding efficiency and correctness

• Proficiency in Linux/Windows/Android OS.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Strong analytical skills. Your keen eye for detail and ability to analyze complex issues will enable you to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in Semiconductor and/or Automotive SOC.

• Extensive experience in Bootloader/Security Automotive/Mobile System/SW QA

• Experience in developing AI based test solutions
