Lead Software Engineer @ Weavings Manpower

Job Description

Product Development & System Integration:

• Lead the development of a .NET-based application that interfaces with multiple external and internal systems.
• Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and output generation pipelines.
• Ensure seamless API integration with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other business-critical systems.
• Develop and maintain secure and scalable system architecture.

Technical Leadership & Execution:

• Lead a team of 3-4 junior software and Devops engineer
• Define the technical roadmap for product development, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Make architectural decisions related to data flow, system reliability, and performance optimization.
• Establish best practices in coding, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (preferably AWS).
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business, operations, and IT teams to understand system integration requirements.
• Collaborate with Clients for API access and system interfacing.
• Provide regular updates on project milestones, challenges, and risks to leadership.

Future Product Development & Team Growth:

• Lead the development of additional digital products based on the logistics organizations needs.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, building a strong tech team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET, cloud computing, and logistics tech solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Strong expertise in system integration (REST APIs, SOAP, EDI, message queues).
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, NoSQL, and data processing frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or ERP-related projects is highly desirable.
