Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Test Lead with strong expertise in test automation and manual testing for native mobile apps, web applications, and APIs (REST & GraphQL) . The ideal candidate will lead test strategy, execution, and automation implementation while ensuring high-quality deliverables in the healthcare domain .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and best practices .
- Ensure proper test coverage for all application components.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to align testing efforts.
- Conduct regular reviews of test cases, Test automation suites, automation frameworks, defects, and QA deliverables.
2. Test Automation (Web, Mobile & API)
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for native mobile apps (iOS & Android), Web Applications, and APIs (REST & GraphQL) .
- Automate regression, smoke, and functional testing using tools like Katalon Studio, Cypress, Playwright, or similar .
- Optimize test execution pipelines within CI/CD environments .
3. Manual Testing & QA Processes
- Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and end-to-end testing .
- Ensure compliance with healthcare domain regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.) .
- Identify and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
4. API & GraphQL Testing
- Validate API responses and business logic using tools like Katalon , Postman, REST Assured, or GraphQL Playground .
- Automate API test cases to enhance backend testing coverage.
5. Performance & Security Testing
- Conduct load/stress testing using tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter .
- Ensure security and data integrity for healthcare applications.
6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular test status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure defects are correctly reported, tracked, and resolved using JIRA .
- Drive continuous improvements in QA processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing & QA .
- Proven expertise as a Test Lead , demonstrating strong team leadership, client communication, release planning, and execution capabilities to ensure seamless software delivery.
- Expertise in test automation for Mobile, Web, and APIs (REST & GraphQL) .
- Strong knowledge of Katalon Studio, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools .
- Strong knowledge of executing automation tests on BrowserStack and LambdaTest
- Experience in manual testing (functional, regression, usability, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in Healthcare domain testing (HIPAA) .
- Proficiency in API testing tools like Katalon Studio, Postman, REST Assured, or GraphQL Playground .
- Experience working in Agile & DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Xray.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
