Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Advanced Analytics You will plays a critical role in leveraging statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to generate insights from workforce data. This role focuses on preparing high-quality datasets for hypothesis testing, enabling HR leaders to make data-driven decisions on workforce trends, talent management, and organizational strategy. Operating in a Google Cloud environment, this role requires strong programming skills in Python and R and the ability to develop analytical models in Posit (formerly RStudio) and visualize results using Tableau Responsibilities Advanced Statistical Analysis & Hypothesis Testing Prepare clean, structured, and well-documented datasets for hypothesis testing. Apply statistical modeling, regression analysis, A/B testing, and significance testing to validate workforce hypotheses. Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends, attrition risks, and talent mobility. Data Preparation & Feature Engineering Extract and transform data from Google BigQuery to create analysis-ready datasets. Engineer features for statistical models and machine learning algorithms. Implement data cleansing, normalization, and transformation techniques to enhance data quality. Collaboration & Business Impact Work with HR business partners, data scientists, and People Analytics teams to translate business problems into statistical hypotheses. Provide insights that influence HR decision-making in areas such as performance, engagement, and workforce planning. Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Technology & Best Practices Leverage Google Cloud tools (BigQuery, Vertex AI) for scalable analytics. Utilize Python and R in Posit for statistical modeling and advanced analytics. Build Tableau visualizations to present findings in an intuitive and interactive format. Contribute to the adoption of best practices in experimental design and causal inference. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in statistical analysis and data science. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, DAW, Vertex AI). Previous exposure to HR Analytics and workforce modeling is a plus. Certifications in Google Cloud, Posit, or Tableau is desirable. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strong Python and R programming skills for statistical analysis. Experience with hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and A/B testing. Proficiency in Google BigQuery, Posit (RStudio), and Tableau. Ability to prepare and transform large datasets for statistical modeling.
