Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Project Lead The role oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of Gateway batches from project start-up to closure with specified deliverables. Responsibilities Create a detailed work plan along with Training Team & Recruitment team which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete Training batches Determine the resources like Vendors etc. to complete the project Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required Implementation Execute the project according to the project plan Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured Monitor the progress of the batches and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of gateway batches Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders Internal as well as external, on the progress of the project Review the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure that it meets the target. Qualifications we seek in you!
