Key Responsibilities Support the queries received through the various HR communication channels in accordance with the Companys values, departments guidelines and KPI goals Take ownership of queries and ensure they are followed through to a resolution Handle all queries in accordance with the Companys values and policies as well as General Data Protection Regulation Report and escalate issues to direct report in a timely manner Participate and contribute actively to the monthly team review Handle tasks assigned by the ERD Supervisor or Coordinator Handle ERD tasks within the set deadlines Manage the smooth cooperation of the ERD team internally with the rest of HR teams as well as other departments, Operations or Support Functions Follow and apply Regulations regarding personal and performance data confidentiality and security Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes Adhere to Teleperformance Rules & Regulations on personal & performance data Confidentiality & Security Adhere to Internal and External Standards as those released by the Steering Committees Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis Other duties as assigned Regards, Nalini Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Rotational shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
