Job Summary:
The Lobby Hostess serves as the face of the Mercedes-Benz brand by providing a warm, professional, and premium welcome to all showroom visitors. She ensures that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they enter, enhancing the overall customer experience in line with Mercedes-Benz standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff
Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable during their wait
Maintain records of customer visits and appointments
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to manage customer flow
Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Support marketing and event activities when required
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, appointment scheduling)
Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or automotive showroom is a plus
Fluent in English (additional local languages are an advantage)
Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager / Showroom Manager
