    Job Title:Sales Executive/Tele sales Executive

    Location:Sector 18,Gurgaon

    Process Time:8:00 am to 8:00 pm Rotational Shifts(24*7 For Boys & Day shift forGirls)

    About the Role:

    We are hiring dynamic and driven Sales Executives/Tele Sales Executive for our Samsung process. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in connecting with potential and existing customers through voice and chat platforms, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable Samsung products and solutions. Your primary goal is to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with clients via outbound calls, inbound inquiries, or chat support.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
    • Effectively convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
    • Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
    • Experience: Prior sales experience preferred (Voice + Chat), experience in international voice process is highly preferred.
    • Freshers with excellent communication and selling skills are also welcome.

    Key Skills Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Experience with outbound/inbound sales or chat support is a plus.
    • Proficient in sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.

    Note Candidate should not have any MTI(mother tongue issue).

    Salary & Benefits:

    Outbound Sales:

    • CTC: 24,000
    • In-Hand: 20,000

    Inbound Sales / Chat:

    • CTC: 25,000
    • In-Hand: 21,000
