Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and recruit for various technology roles.
Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter for efficient candidate sourcing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and negotiating offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations:
Manage HRIS operations using BambooHR for efficient employee data management.
Oversee background verification processes and ensure thorough documentation.
Prepare and manage employee documentation, including agreements, appointment letters, NDAs, probation confirmations, appraisals, and relieving letters.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database in compliance with ISO and SOC audit standards.
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing for full-time employees and consultants.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet HR requirements.
Required Experience:
Knowledge of payroll processing.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively.
Educational Qualifications:
Master s / Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
