Billing/ Accounts Executive @ Sharp Travels

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our accounts team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Win Yatra software for managing billing processes related to travel bookings, invoicing, and financial reconciliation. This role will involve creating invoices, managing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of billing records, as well as liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues efficiently. .

Role & responsibilities

• Use Win Yatra software to generate accurate invoices for corporate clients, group bookings, and individual travelers based on bookings made.
• Ensure all billing is done in compliance with the company's pricing policies, taxes, and applicable discounts.
• Process cancellation and refund requests and update invoices accordingly.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure that payments received from customers and corporate clients match the corresponding invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting of outstanding payments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or accounts, preferably in the travel industry.
