Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Stay updated with current trends in recruitment and suggest improvements to the process
Preferred candidate profile
Should have experience in Pharma Sector with Good communicatiion skills
English, Hindi and Telugu is mandatory
