Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Maintaining of security vigilance around the factory premises.
- Strengthening Internal Security Management services.
- QMS related working/ Trackwise Operations.
- Monitoring all day to day activates and report to the Management if any abnormality observed.
- Monitoring proper checking of all the staff & workmen during entry / exit.
- Building Intelligence network (inside & outside).
- To Deal with nearby villagers as and when required as liasoning with villagers.
- Monitoring proper locker system of employees at security gate.
- Supervising & monitoring of Housekeeping related work of Plant.
- To ensure the adequate parking facilities at Plant.
- To ensure the pest control related activities is being done as per the SOP.
- To ensure all gardening related activities and their maintenance.
- Monitors for proper documentation and proper upkeep of various records pertaining to material movement.
- To ensure the checking of gate pass and material in out from the factory premises security gate.
- Ensure to providing the vigilance report to the management on day to day happening in the plant. and also about any illegal union activities.
- Collection of intelligence inputs and deal with the internal stake holder as well as external.
- To responsible for handling the Grievances and misconducts in factory premises.
- Ensure effective patrolling and monitoring factory premises, report and investigate the suspicious activities.
- To responsible for Security related MIS.
- To responsible for surprise checking round in factory premises at Plant areas & departments.
- Security / Facility management of Visitors & Auditors.
- Enforces security policies, remove violators and unathorised individuals from premises to maintain safe environment.
- Liasoning with Local Police, Law enforcement agencies, Govt Officials and other dominant authorities to ensure seamless operation at site.
Experience Required- 04 to 09 Years of experience in security management in reputed organization (Pharmaceutical Experience preferred).
