Job Description

Devise specialized technical training programs aligned with organizational requirements.
Develop comprehensive training schedules and class agendas.
Determine course content in accordance with established guidelines and industry best practices.
Create and prepare training materials such as presentations, worksheets, and other resources.
Maintain accurate records and report data on completed courses.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in IT Technical Training.
Proficiency in the programming languages like C#, OOPS with Python (or) JAVA.
Strong understanding of databases, particularly SQL.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jquery. Proficiency in C#, OOPS, SQL, Python (ReactJs will be considered an added advantage).
Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
Familiarity or certification in Salesforce Admin, and PD1 will be advantageous.
Completion of Train the Trainer (TTT) courses will be considered an added advantage.
