Job Description

Job SummaryUKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKG HR Service Delivery. As a Solution Consultant, you are the subject matter expert responsible for successfully implementing all phases of your Implementation & Post Go-Live phases.Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform all phases of UKG's implementation methodology
Responsibility and processing for Post-Go-Live projects/requests/tickets
Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance to the customer
Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support
Track, manage, and oversee the resolution of open implementation issues/items
Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project- or Post-Go-Live request related items
Meet project and Post-Go-Live task milestones and due dates
Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes
Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of Saas software implementation
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field
Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
Strong time management and organizational skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
General Business AcumenPreferred Qualifications:
3+ years of Saas software implementation in the HR industry
Experience with HR software tools
Configuration, testing & data mapping experience
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
