We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to drive the quality assurance strategy and execution for our SaaS products. In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing testing team, ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable and defect-free software that exceeds customer expectations. You will work closely with product and development teams to integrate testing into every stage of the development lifecycle, establish efficient processes and implement innovative testing frameworks and tools. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on product quality, team culture and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
The following are some of the responsibilities for this position:
- Developing and implementing the overall test strategy and test plans for projects.
- Defining testing methodologies, approaches and standards to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Hire, lead and manage the software testing team, including training, mentoring assigning responsibilities, setting goals and evaluating team members.
- Defining and enforcing testing standards, guidelines and best practices across projects.
- Monitoring and supervising the execution of testing activities to ensure adherence to test plans, quality standards and project timelines.
- Developing and implementing a test automation strategy, including selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Managing test environments, including their setup, configuration and maintenance.
- Ensuring the availability and stability of test environments to support efficient and accurate testing.
- Collaborating with project managers, development teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identifying, assessing and managing testing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, methodologies and tools.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Proven experience in building, mentoring and managing QA teams from scratch.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes, preferably used no-code automation testing tools before.
- Experience in test automation for Agile Continuous Integration/Development.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Knowledge of the use of version control systems such as GIT.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and addressing complex testing challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS environments and scaling testing processes.
