Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source suppliers for various categories such as IT, Telecom, Hardware, Networking, Facility Management Services etc.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
  
• Manage vendor relationships through effective communication and performance monitoring.
  
• Develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve quality of services.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop RFx documents.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in indirect procurement or related field (Sourcing Specialist).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree (M.Tech) from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong understanding of Global Sourcing principles and practices; knowledge of e-sourcing tools like Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer etc. is an added advantage.
