Job Description
You will be leading Zenotis engineering team to evolve Zenoti products that consumers use including web sites and mobile apps for online booking and to connect with businesses. You should be a great manager and a great team builder. You also need to be an excellent recruiter, communicator and issue resolver. Your job is to make sure everyone in your team is successful in getting their job done and bring transparency to the process.
- Work with product management to execute on the product strategy and roadmap
- Manage the technical and architectural evolution of Zenoti consumer facing products and apps
- Manage execution of building the product, releasing it to customers, and managing the service in the cloud
- Build up a strong engineering team to execute on our product roadmap
- Recognize and reward employees to ensure they are unblocked to deliver on the roadmap
- Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, are completed efficiently.

What skills do I need
- 15+ years of experience in software development in product companies
- A strong track-record of shipping products
- Strong background in web products and/or mobile apps for consumers
- Deep expertise in Architecture, Design and Development in Microsoft Technology Stack.
- Very strong background in building UX for consumers
- Experience managing an engineering team through multiple product cycles
- Worked on products that have had to deal with significant scale in production
- A significant part of work done on the Microsoft stack and UX stack identified above.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines and functions
- Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment
