Job Description

> Lead the design process for the Employee Portal, focusing on user-centric principles to create a seamless, efficient, and visually appealing experience.

> Create wireframes, mockups, user flow diagrams, and prototypes using Figma.

> Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the designs meet the needs of both the users and business.

> Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to refine the user experience.

> Design interactive UI components and ensure design consistency across various pages.ServiceNow Development:

> Implement the designs into ServiceNow, leveraging its capabilities to create a functional Employee Portal.Use ServiceNow Studio to develop custom applications and features that align with the UI/UX design vision.

> Customize ServiceNow out-of-the-box components and integrate third-party tools as needed.
