Job Description
Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Developer, youll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our ERP platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teamsproduct managers, designers, and backend developersto transform functional business requirements into seamless and efficient interfaces tailored for enterprise users. Your work will impact thousands of users across industries like manufacturing, finance, supply chain, HR, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces for complex ERP modules using modern frontend technologies.
Collaborate with UX designers to implement wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
Translate business processes and workflows into user-friendly UI components.
Ensure consistent design language across the ERP platform by creating and maintaining reusable components and style guides.
Optimize applications for speed, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Identify and address UX issues through user feedback, testing, and analytics.
Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices, especially those relevant to enterprise software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or a related field.
25 years of experience in UI/UX development, preferably in a product-based or enterprise software company.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Strong experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX principles, enterprise user behavior, and accessibility standards.
Experience with responsive design and component-based UI architecture.
Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise-grade applications.
Experience in designing dashboards, forms-heavy UIs, and data visualization components.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar component libraries.
