Job Description
We Are Hiring for HR Executive / HR Recruiters (Females Only) for Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) Location.

Eligibility, Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have 1 - 4 Years Experience into Recruitment, Hiring, Staffing & Sourcing.
- Freshers who wants to make their career into Human Resources & Recruitment Industry can also apply.
- Must have Good Communication Skills on English is mandatory.
- Must be a Graduation or Post Graduation (Optional - MBA in Human Resource Management).
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Ethics, and Cultural awareness
- Work Knowledge of Recruitment & Human Resource Management.
- Resourceful, Problem-Solving Aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially in MS Excel/Google Sheet, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Should take the ownership right from taking the requirements from the Client, searching the best candidates based on the clients requirements.
- Calling the candidates taking the screening round verifying the candidates and their profiles & details and closing the positions and co-ordinate till the On-boarding/Joining of the candidate.
- understanding the requirements and research about the client.
- Identify the search criteria (Identify the key words) based on the objective of the position.
- Mass mailing on portals
- Response management.
- Shortlisting the profiles.
- Interacting with the clients & candidates.
- Achieving the targets.
- Closing the positions.
=> Training would be given to New Hire.
=> The person would recruit for large Banking hiring for PAN India.
=> This is a pure recruitment profile for Large Banking Industry.
Salary Package:
- Annual CTC of Rs.1.25 to 1.75 Lac per annum plus performance based Incentives.
Monthly In-Hand between 12K to 15K only.
