Responsible for driving product & solution security locally in a business organization. 12+ Years of experience in the Integration of cyber-security considerations into product design, implementation, review, update, and EOL management Monitor product cyber-security threats and vulnerabilities, perform planned and on-demand Cybersecurity Risk Assessments; work with the architecture and engineering teams to design and prioritize mitigating solutions Plan and coordinate comprehensive security assessments (e.g. Product Penetration Testing), analyze and report results, design, and direct remediation. Identify and solve potential and actual security problems Configure security tools for static security code analysis and 3rd party and vulnerability analysis Provide hands-on technical support expertise in general SW design and development, system engineering, IT, and networking as necessary. Provide quality documentation of security concepts to comply with regulations and certifications Follow the latest trends and risks in the cybersecurity landscape and develop strategies and roadmaps to continuously improve the security or our products Provides support for broader risk and compliance activities including security certifications (ISO27001) Explain to the product team the vulnerability and its impact Work with geographically distributed development teams in USA, UK, and India Requirements Experience with Cloud Security preferably Azure Experience with Cloud services security configurations Proficient with Application Security Design and implementation Knowledge of Data regulations of various countries e.g. GDPR Experience with SOA/Microservices security. Knowledge of SIEM tools Experience with on-prem network and system hardening. Ability to think like a hacker to stay ahead of threats. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluent written and spoken English. Bachelors degree in software engineering, computer science or related discipline. 4+ years professional work experience of application security implementation with overall experience of 10+ years in software development. Experience with any high-level programming language (preferred experience on Java, Python). Ability to collaborate on a team of like-minded people; we strongly value resourcefulness and proactiveness in gathering information and sharing ideas Ability to work independently as well as participating in a team of professionals. Demonstrated mature levels of knowledge and experience with current software technologies.
