Job Description

Play a pivotal execution role in setting up & commissioning of Process Engineering Lab, training of manpower to achieve the results right first time. Understand the requirement of Internal and External stakeholders and develop the process and procedures from Standardization & technical cell purview as per the established Integrated management system standards. Demonstrate agility and flexibility in batch standardization as and when need arises from Internal customers. Adopt Design thinking approach in developing the MIS for hierarchy and plant team in order to quickly interpret the data and work on the actionables. Capturing the Requirement of Process/production team and convert them in to proposals and get them implemented by CO-Ordinating with Internal/External stakeholders with Right First time approach. Close co-ordination with Technology and Planning function for seamless introduction of New Product/RM. Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritised and facilitate Lean Business and drive Continuous Improvement across all quality related areas inline with strategy,
