Originally a joint venture between Max Group and Bupa, Niva Bupa offers a variety of affordable health insurance plans including critical illness, personal accident, and family health insurance. The company is known for its comprehensive plans with cashless facility at over 7600 hospitals, assured renewal for life, and complimentary health check-ups. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head Bharat Bancassurance Uttar Pradesh at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, located in Chennai. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the bancassurance operations in Uttar Pradesh, driving business growth, managing relationships with banking partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily tasks include strategizing and implementing business plans, mentoring and training the team, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in business management, bancassurance, and relationship management Strategic planning and execution skills Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities Strong understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive growth Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred Ability to work on-site full-time in Chennai Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus,
