As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated CI/CD Engineer to help us elevate and standardize our development workflows and infrastructure across all product lines.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate across engineering teams to support and improve pipelines for multiple projects.
- Act as a SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) for Dev and QA environments by adding monitoring and uptime validation.
- Define, drive, and implement standardized CI/CD practices across Explorance products.
- Create unified, modern development environments to streamline the developer experience.
- Work closely with front-end teams to improve and maintain frontend CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement secure, automated DevSecOps pipelines to enhance security posture.
- Modernize legacy development environment scripts and convert them to standardized formats, using PowerShell.
- Serve as an internal consultant for pipeline architecture, infrastructure automation, and build/deploy workflows.
- Contribute to and uphold Explorances engineering standards and best practices.
What You Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong experience building and maintaining pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell (Python optional).
- Solid understanding of version control workflows, especially Git.
- Deep familiarity with C# and .NET development environments.
- Experience working with frontend pipelines, especially with Angular and Vue.js (nice to have).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates) is a plus.
- Experience in setting up or maintaining DevSecOps workflows (e.g., code scanning, SAST/DAST).
