Role & responsibilities

Assisting customers with product and service related queries.
Providing accurate resolution on time.
Provide customers with a positive and personalized experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
Excellent communication skills required with empathetic attitude for the customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate fresher can apply.
Excellent English communication skills required.
Should be comfortable working in Night shifts and rotational week offs.
