Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Noida. The main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, effectively communicating complex technical information, and troubleshooting technical problems.
Eligibility:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Prior experience in customer support or related fields.
Having inbound international voice experience ( BPO )
Minimum 12 months on paper experience is must have.
