Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for various business use cases.
- Work with large datasets to extract insights and build predictive or classification models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
- Train, test, and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance.
- Maintain and optimize existing AI/ML models.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies to propose new solutions.
- Prepare documentation and present technical concepts to stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like NumPy and pandas.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment using Docker, Flask, FastAPI, or similar tools.
- Exposure to MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of deep learning, transformers, or generative AI models (like GPT or Diffusion models).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools.
