Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational interfaces using AIML, generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and Python.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots into existing systems.
  
• Develop data science models to analyze user behavior and improve chatbot performance.
  
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of developed solutions.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in NLP/ML/DL.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in building conversational interfaces using various technologies such as AIML, generative AI, machine learning, deep learning etc. .
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a reputed institute in Any Specialization; Master's degree preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts including Named Entity Recognition (NER), Part-of-Speech tagging (POS), Dependency Parsing etc. .
  
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python with hands-on experience on popular libraries like NLTK or spaCy.
