Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and draft clear, effective job descriptions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating final hiring decisions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team and company culture.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, track performance evaluations, and provide feedback as necessary.
