We are hiring for a reputed brand ranked among the Top 50 oil companies in India, known for its excellence in pain management oils and expanding into cosmetics & cosmetology products.

Looking for experienced Area Business Managers (ABM) with a strong background in Pharmaceutical OTC sales to lead and manage a team of MRs and drive growth across assigned regions.



Key Responsibilities:

• Handle team of Medical Representatives (MRs) and drive OTC product sales

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stockiest, chemists, and retailers

• Monitor and analyze sales data and competitor activities

• Conduct field visits, joint working, and team training

• Ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

• At least 1 year in a team handling role (ABM or equivalent)

• Experience in OTC, FMCG, or cosmetic product sales preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and territory management skills

• Willingness to travel
