- Job Title - Transformation Office Program Advisory Management Level : 07 - Manager Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore Must have skills: Advanced program management OR similar role Good to have skills: Transformation /Advanced program management OR similar role Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Strategic Programs Manager to join our Transformation Office. This internal role will act as a program advisor to critical strategic projects at a global level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a robust background in consulting or transformation management. Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead, shape, mobilize, and execute complex transformation journeys for key strategic programs. Ensure alignment and maximize value realization among program stakeholders through advanced stakeholder management techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders using a deep understanding of Accenture Priorities and Organization and Operating model. Coaching program and initiative teams, coordinating between key stakeholders and advising teams on best practices/lessons learned Professional & Technical Skills: Exceptional leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and Senior Stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
