    Role: Agency Development Manager Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Company Introduction: We are three groups of Companies (PSPL Advertising Pvt. Ltd., i-engage, and sir speedy Print Solutions). PSPL Advertising Pvt. Ltd. (Print Media, Branding, Creative) is more than 40 years old Company in the market. We are working in this market since 1973 I-engage (Digital Branding, Digital Communication) was established in the year of 2016 and since then working entirely into Digital Market. Sir Speedy (Printing) provides entire printing solution to the clients. We believe in providing 360 solutions to our clients for their promotional and Branding purpose. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the advertising industry, and a passion for driving growth. This role is pivotal in expanding our domestic client base and enhancing our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in various industries to expand the agency's client portfolio. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and tailor advertising solutions to meet their objectives. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute business strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. Develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate the agencys value proposition. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients and upselling to existing clients. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Lead by example, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach to business development. Key Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development within the advertising or media industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and emerging trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
