1. Review of customer outstanding and advances on monthly, quarterly basis
2. Analysis of milestone invoices contract wise & customer wise , BU wise
3. Reporting of customer outstanding and advances incl Tax invoices
4. Reconciliation of IT TDS & GST
5. Coordination with Business for contract reconciliation
6. Audit handling
7. LD and PDD movement tracking
8. Collections / billing reporting and monitoring,
9. Inputs for working capital management
10. Process Improvement including automation/digital initiatives
FEMA compliance
1. LC issuance Review of LC clauses , liasoning with bankers , coordination with Supply chain & SSC for brining optimum costing for LC issuance
2. PEM reporting for overseas contracts incl quarterly returns
3. Overview of IDPMS compliance
4. Overview of EDPMS compliance
