Job Title
Associate Vice President Projects (Age 45-48)
Location- Mumbai
Department Projects
Reporting to President Operations
Experience20+ years (with minimum 10 years in leadership roles)

Key Responsibilities Details
Greenfield & Brownfield Projects

  *   Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
  *   Deliver state-of-the-art plants aligned with global regulatory standards.
Facility Design & Compliance

  *   Oversee design for civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utilities, and cleanrooms.
  *   Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP, and WHO-GMP standards.
Team Leadership

  *   Build and mentor high-performing teams.
  *   Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  *   Plan succession and training programs.
Project Execution & Monitoring

  *   Create project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  *   Monitor execution using tools like MS Project / SAP / Primavera.
  *   Manage risks and cost controls.
Stakeholder Management

  *   Collaborate with QA/RA, SCM, Production, and Finance
  *   Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and authorities.
Innovation & EHS Integration

  *   Promote green building norms, smart automation, and Industry 4.0.
  *    Ensure EHS principles are integrated in all phases.Education
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Chemical)
Certifications
Project Management certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience
20+ years in pharma project management, with exposure to regulated market facilities
Skills

  *   Leadership & team management
  *   Project costing & vendor management
  *   Compliance knowledge -
Tools Knowledge
MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, Primavera.
Key Projects Preferred Experience
Commissioned USFDA approved  plants
Technical Edge
Proven experience in designing energy-efficient facilities and implementing automation, with a strong focus on integrating smart technologies and digital tools across the planning.
