Position/ Title - Process Coach AR (Hospital Billing)
Experience - 4 to 10 years (AR Calling - Hospital Billing)
Location - Hyderabad
Shift - Night
Notice period - 15 to 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the quality requirements both from process perspective and for targets
2. To Train effectively the New joiners on Medical Billing concept with the guidelines.
3. Identify a method to achieve the quality targets and implement the same in consultation with operations manager / Team Manager
4. Collect data on individual transactions (chart, claim, EOBs etc) on the errors
5. Provide face to face feedback and also send emails with the type of errors etc. on daily basis
6. Coach employees to minimize errors and improve performance
7. Provide inputs to the training team on common mistakes made to enhance training curriculum
8. Test files/batches for new clients/processes to be processed as part of familiarization
9. Generation of QA reports on a daily basis
10. Attainment of Internal & External SLA as per Process Defined.
11. Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Criteria:
Skills: In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
